  5. Can I create more than one account on Twelfth Man?
  6. No, you cannot create more than one account on the Twelfth Man app.
  7. If a minor (age below 18 years) is playing on Twelfth Man, what can be done?
  8. A minor(age below 18 years) cannot play on the Twelfth Man . All users must be verified through their PAN & Bank Account. However, if you notice any kind of suspicious behaviour of any other user, kindly report to contact us on help@twelfthman.io or https://wa.me/+919327166722.
  9. Can I play, if I am a resident of any of the states of Sikkim, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu or Nagaland?
  10. The laws in states of Sikkim, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu or Nagaland, do not permit residents to participate in paid version of fantasy gaming. Thus, if you are a resident of any of these states, you cannot play a cash game on the Twelfth Man platform.
  11. Why is the PAN card required to get my Twelfth Man account verified?
  12. As taxes are deducted on the withdrawal of the winning amount, hence PAN Card details are mandatory.
  13. Can I verify my Digital wallet payment bank (i.e. Paytm, Airtel Bank ) to my Twelfth Man account?
  14. No, in Twelfth Man we don't accept any Digital wallet payment bank.
  15. How to Complete the Email verification?
  16. The user can follow the following steps:
    1. Click on "My Wallet".
    2. Click on "Verify Account".
    3. Click on "Email ID".
    4. Put your email address.
    5. Verify your email address with OTP.
  17. How to Complete the PAN Card and Bank verification?
  18. The user can follow the following steps:
    PAN Card :
    1. Click on the "Wallet" icon on right top corner or from the menu select "MY WALLET"
    2. Click on "VERIFY ACCOUNT"
    3. Click on "PAN card"
    4. Upload pan card image.
    5. Type your name as per the pen card.
    6. Type 10-digit Pan number.
    7. Select Date of Birth as per pan card.
    8. Click on "VERIFY PAN CARD".
    Bank Account: To complete the bank account verification, the user must verify their PAN CARD first then follow the following steps:
    1. Click on the "Wallet" icon on right top corner or from the menu select "MY WALLET"
    2. Click on "VERIFY ACCOUNT"
    3. Click on "BANK ACCOUNT"
    4. Enter the account number, name on the account number and IFSC code correctly. NRE accounts are not permitted.
    5. Upload the copy of Bank document (ie. Passbook image, Cancelled Cheque, 1st page of Statement with A/C name, Ifsc, Address should be visible)
    6. This completes the verification process for bank account
  19. Why did the verification get rejected?
  20. Your verification can fail if your KYC verification is not successful, due to one or several reasons as listed below:
    PAN
    • You have not uploaded a full image of the original PAN card.
      • As PAN card is mandatory to complete the verification process as well as for transactions on Twelfth Man, please upload a clear & full image of your original PAN Card.
      • In case you are uploading an E-PAN card for the PAN card verification process, please upload a full scanned image of the E-PAN card (both front and back).
    • Details on PAN Card do not match the details entered by you
      • You may have entered an incorrect PAN.
      • The name you entered does not match with the name on the PAN Card uploaded by you.
      • The DOB you entered does not match with the PAN Card uploaded by you.
    Bank Account
    • IFSC code entered is incorrect
      • IFSC code can be found on the bank statement, cheque book and passbook.
    • The uploaded Bank document image is not clear
      • Upload a clear image of your Bank document where the Account number, IFSC code and your name should be clearly visible.
    • Bank account number does not match with the number on the uploaded Bank document.
  21. Verification is still pending even after submitting the documents?
  22. After you have submitted the documents, The verification process of Twelfth Man can take a time of up to 1-2 working days for completion. Once the verification process is completed, you will be updated through an email.
  23. Facing Issues while updating the information?
  24. Mobile
    • Not receiving an OTP Once you enter your mobile number, you should receive an OTP within 30 seconds. In case you do not receive the OTP, please check the following:
      • Mobile number entered is correct
      • Your mobile is within network coverage area
      • If you are in a poor network area, you will receive the OTP as soon as you are in a good network area.
    • Already verified mobile number Please ensure the mobile number entered during the verification process is not linked with any other Twelfth Man account. You cannot use the same mobile number for two accounts.
    Email
    • Not received an OTP Once you enter your email id, you should receive an OTP within 30 seconds. In case you do not receive the OTP, please check the following:
      • Email id entered is correct
      • Check in your Junk/Spam/Promotion folder
    PAN
    • You cannot register the PAN with more than one Twelfth Man account. Please ensure the PAN card details provided are unique and it is not already verified with Twelfth Man.
    Bank Account
    • You cannot register the same bank account with more than one Twelfth Man account. Please ensure the bank account details provided are unique and it is already not verified with Twelfth Man.
  25. How to add money into my Twelfth Man account?
    1. Click on "MY WALLET" from the menu or click on the wallet menu option from the top right corner.
    2. Click on the "ADD CASH" option
    3. Enter your amount or you can choose Amount from the cash bonus option.
    4. Click on the "Add cash" option.
    5. After that You can select various modes like CARD, UPI, WALLETS, NET BANKING for the amount transfer.
    6. Once it is done the amount will be added to Twelfth man Wallet instantly.

  26. What is the process to withdraw my winnings?
  27. For withdrawal request, please follow the steps mentioned below:
    • Login to your Twelfth Man app
    • Click on the "My Wallet" from menu or click on the wallet icon from top right corner
    • Click on the "Withdraw Your Winnings"
    • If you have an active withdrawal account, you will be able to enter the amount to be withdrawn.
    • This will be recorded in the system. All withdrawals will be processed immediately (1 - 15 min).
  28. What is the Daily Withdrawal limit?
  29. The minimum amount you can withdraw from the winning balance is ₹ 250 while the maximum amount you can withdraw in a day is ₹ 25,000/-.
  30. Can the money in my wallet be withdrawn in someone else"™s bank account?
  31. No, you cannot withdraw the winning amount to anyone else"™s bank account. The available balance can only be withdrawn through the linked bank account approved during the KYC process
  32. When will the winning amount be credited to my account?
  33. Twelfth Man shall credit the winnings to your Twelfth Man app wallet within a couple of hours of the live match being completed and the result is declared. You will be updated about the fantasy points of the players involved in the challenge through a live feed available on your Twelfth Man app. You will be able to see this in the card created for that challenge. Once the match is completed, the winning amount will be credited to the winner's Twelfth Man app wallet.
  34. How can I withdraw my winnings from my Twelfth Man wallet?
  35. Twelfth Man shall credit the winnings to your Twelfth Man app wallet within a few hours of the live match being completed and the result being declared. You can transfer the money from your Twelfth Man wallet to your bank account, once your bank account is verified.
  36. How is the prize money distributed if there is a tie between the two players?
  37. In case there is a tie between the two players of the challenge, the amount will be distributed equally between both the challengers.
  38. Does the amount in my app wallet have any expiry date?
  39. In the event that you do not transfer the amount in your app wallet account is not transferred to your bank account within the same financial year, it will be transferred automatically to your bank account which is on record with Twelfth Man account, provided that your Twelfth Man account has been already verified by Twelfth Man. In case you have not provided the Bank account details or you have not completed the verification process for the Twelfth Man account, the amount will be forfeited by Twelfth Man.   44. Is it possible to transfer money from one Twelfth Man account to another?
  45. No, you cannot transfer the balance from one Twelfth Man account to another.

  46. How can I understand my Twelfth Man wallet?
  47. Your Twelfth Man wallet is divided into 2 categories:
    • Deposit: All the transactions made through deposit funds to your Twelfth Man account will appear under 'Deposit' in your wallet.

  51. The Challenge amount is refunded under the following circumstances:
    • If the match is canceled for which the contest was created. This includes scenarios where the match is abandoned after it has started, or the match is abandoned without a single ball being bowled.

  53. The points are updated through a live score feed as the match progresses. Sometimes, rankings and points may take a little longer in getting updated but be assured, once the match ends final score and ranking shall be updated on the contest.
  54. The player I want to choose is not available on the squad of Twelfth Man. What should I do?
  55. Different publications and websites use various sources to get information on the final squad. We have a tie-up with highly reliable third-party service providers for the most reliable and accurate squad information. In case, you find that a particular player is missing on our platform, you need to email us or Connect through Whatsapp the details of the information along with the link. The process of adding the player into the squad would be done.
  56. How long does it take to update the scores?
  57. Scores are updated constantly as the match progresses. When the match ends, the final scores are updated on the contest instantly.
  58. Do any taxes get deducted from my winnings when I withdraw into my bank account?
  59. From 1st April'23, the Income tax department has introduced a new TDS section for Winnings from online games, i.e., 194BA. The net winnings are calculated at the time when a user places a request for withdrawal (or at the year-end on the closing balance), and TDS is calculated as 30% of the net winnings that constitute the Withdrawal/ Closing Balance at the year-end.
    Your net winnings are calculated as follows:
    Net winnings = [Total withdrawals in FY - (Total deposits in FY + Net winnings which have already suffered TDS during the FY + Opening balances as of 1st April 00:00)]
    If your net winnings at the time of making a withdrawal are positive, 30% TDS will be applicable on any amount being withdrawn.

  60. When will I receive my TDS certificate?
  61. In case of TDS deduction, you will be provided a TDS certificate in accordance with the Income Tax Act 1961. TDS certificate shall be generated within 3 months from the date of winning. It will be emailed to your registered email address as soon as it is available. Below are the dates that have been scheduled to send the TDS Certificates to users’ email address registered on Twelfth Man
