Introducing a new era with casino consolidation

EveryMatrix has restructured its casino business, consolidating its platform, turnkey and aggregation capabilities under a single unified EveryMatrix Casino offering. The reorganization is designed to streamline operations for operators by bringing previously separate business units under one commercial and strategic direction.

The consolidation means that aggregation, which was previously sold through one business unit while technical aspects were managed by another, now sits within the same unit. Additionally, EveryMatrix’s in-house RNG game development, formerly bundled with aggregation, has been separated out entirely. Fantasma Games will now lead the company’s proprietary studio operations independently.

Modular approach for operators at every stage

At the core of the new structure is EveryMatrix Casino, a modular online casino platform built to support operators of varying sizes and growth stages. Customers can choose from three integration models: a complete turnkey setup, integration of the casino platform with existing technology infrastructure, or content access through aggregation alone.

According to the company, bringing these capabilities into one business unit translates into more focused support, quicker decision-making and closer collaboration across every part of casino operations. The consolidation aims to simplify processes, reduce response times and provide better strategic guidance tailored to individual operator requirements.

SlotMatrix becomes EveryMatrix Aggregation

As part of the evolution, SlotMatrix has been rebranded as EveryMatrix Aggregation, creating a clearer distinction between aggregation technology and proprietary games development. EveryMatrix Aggregation provides access to more than 45,000 casino, live casino, crash, table and instant games from hundreds of content providers through a single integration.

The aggregation offering includes deep integrations with suppliers, combining features such as jackpot and live dealer feeds, free spins, feature triggers and game replays. Operators can manage more of their casino operation through one environment, supported by EveryMatrix Casino platform features including centralized game management, advanced reporting, lobby personalization, real-time monitoring and player engagement tools.

Fantasma Games takes independent studio role

Another result of the consolidation is Fantasma Games being positioned at the forefront of EveryMatrix’s in-house capabilities. Fantasma Games will focus on delivering first and third-party content to operators while maintaining its own identity, personality and creative freedom within the EveryMatrix ecosystem.

The studio currently has more than 200 partners across over 25 markets, with more than one million active players. The separation from EveryMatrix Aggregation allows Fantasma Games to operate with greater autonomy while remaining part of the broader EveryMatrix offering.

Stian Enger, Head of Casino at EveryMatrix, discussed the consolidation in further detail in an interview with iGaming Expert. The restructuring, dated 30 July 2026, represents what the company describes as a new era for its casino business, centered on simplicity and end-to-end ownership.
