Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by SourceCodeLab ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), including but not limited to iGaming platforms, casino software, sportsbook solutions, payment integrations, and API services, You ("Client", "You", "Your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all clients, partners, resellers, and white-label operators worldwide.

2. Services Provided

SourceCodeLab provides B2B iGaming solutions including:

• White-label online casino & sportsbook platforms
• Turnkey iGaming solutions
• Game aggregation (10,000+ games from 100+ providers)
• Payment gateway integration (fiat + crypto)
• Affiliate system & CRM tools
• Custom development and API services
• Hosting, security, and 24/7 technical support

3. Client Obligations & Compliance

You agree to:

• Hold and maintain a valid gaming license in all jurisdictions where You operate
• Comply with all applicable laws including AML, KYC, responsible gaming
• Not target prohibited jurisdictions (USA, UK restricted zones, etc. without proper license)
• Not engage in bonus abuse, fraud, or chargeback manipulation
• Pay all invoices within the agreed payment terms
• Keep account credentials secure and notify Us immediately of any breach

4. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in USD/EUR. Payments are due as follows:

• Setup fees: 100% upfront
• Monthly/Revenue share: Due within 7 days of invoice
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest
• Services may be suspended after 14 days of non-payment
• All payments are non-refundable except as stated in refund policy

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

SourceCodeLab retains full ownership of all source code, platform software, and intellectual property. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during the active contract period.

Reverse engineering, copying, or modifying the source code is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both parties agree to keep confidential all technical, financial, and business information. We comply with GDPR and Indian data protection laws. Client data is never shared with third parties except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

SourceCodeLab shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Issues caused by Client’s misuse or third-party integrations
• Maximum liability capped at total fees paid in the last 6 months

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately in case of:

• Non-payment
• License revocation
• Fraud or illegal activity
• Breach of these Terms

Upon termination, all licenses cease and access is revoked within 24 hours.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
